Was pretty tired today but managed to stay on track. Breakfast was a slimfast shake and lunch was a slimfast meal bar. I forced myself to go to the gym, though I was seriously low on energy and wanted to stay at home and work. I went all the same and felt better about myself for it.
Dinner was grilled chicken and steamed vegetables (carrots and broccoli) I also had a chocolate soya pudding. I drank throughout the day and had several glasses of water before bed.
I listened to the hypnodiet recording in the morning and was almost sure that I missed half of it due to drifting in and out of actual sleep. Not so sure how much of what was said went in. I have noticed, however, that I am more aware of healthier foods and I'm making conscious decisions not to choose unhealthy food. I don't know whether that is the hypnotism working or the fact that I know its what I'm supposed to be doing. Whatever the case, I don't feel too stressed about food and I am not starving... yet.
