So far I've had a good day. I had a slimfast shake for breakfast and some green tea. I then went to the gym for an hour and a half and had my main meal for lunch. I made seafood and wheat/gluten free pasta with pak choi, spring greens and light cocnut milk. I also had an apple and a chocolate soya pudding.
For a snack at 3:30pm, I had a banana and a rice cake with reduced fat peanut butter and jam and a coffee with skimmed milk.
